Promotion Period
The competition opens on Monday 10 August 2026 and closes at 7:00pm BST on Monday 31 August 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
How to Enter
To receive one valid entry on a participating platform, entrants must:
• Follow The Claw Cave on that platform
• Like the official competition post/video
• Comment “DONE” on the official competition post/video
The competition is running across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Entrants may enter once on each platform, giving each person a maximum of three entries in the final prize draw.
Sharing the competition and tagging friends is welcomed and appreciated but is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry.
The Prize
There will be one winner, who will receive £192 of Claw Cave credit.
The £192 credit may be redeemed against any eligible nail service offered by The Claw Cave. The credit may also be used towards custom Claw Cave press-on nails for winners who are unable or do not wish to attend the salon.
The headline “up to 6 months of free nails” is based on the £192 credit being equivalent to six standard full-cover builder gel overlay appointments at £32 each. If the winner chooses higher-priced services, extensions, nail art or other extras, the credit will be used accordingly and may therefore cover fewer appointments.
The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged.
Any costs exceeding the remaining prize credit must be paid by the winner.
Winner Selection
After the competition closes, all valid entries from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok will be combined into one prize draw.
Each valid platform entry will be entered separately. A person who validly enters on all three platforms will therefore have three entries in the draw.
The winner will be selected using a computer-generated random selection method.
Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
The winner will be contacted through the social media platform associated with their winning entry.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If they do not respond within this period, The Claw Cave reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The winner’s first appointment must be booked within 7 days of claiming the prize and, subject to appointment availability, scheduled to take place within one month of notification or on the earliest mutually available date.
The £192 credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of the winner’s first appointment. Any unused balance remaining after this period will expire.
For a winner redeeming the prize solely against custom press-on nails, the six-month validity period will begin on the date the prize is claimed.
General
Entries that do not meet the stated entry requirements may be excluded from the draw.
The Claw Cave reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate-on-the-same-platform or otherwise invalid entries.
The Claw Cave accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not successfully submitted due to technical or platform issues outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the promotion and winner selection is final, subject to applicable law.
Personal information provided by the winner will only be used as necessary to administer and fulfil the promotion, unless separate consent is given for another purpose.
